Greece Golden Visa Program

The Benefits

Dependants
- Spouse of the main applicant
- Child or adopted child of the main applicant who is under the age of 21
- Parents of both the main applicant and spousal dependent.
Eligibility Criteria
- Main applicant must be over the age of 18
- Applicant must be a non EEA or Swiss National
- Have suitable maintenance funds available
- Main applicant and adult dependents must pass required Due Diligence
- Applicants must be in possession of a valid travel Visa prior to applying
Investment Required
- The purchase of property in Greece to minimum value of EUR 500,000, plus the applicable taxes.
- Valid Health Insurance which is recognised in Greece must be held by all applicants
- All the essential documentation that accompanies the application for an immigration permit must be duly certified, along with a translation of the same documents into the Greek language.
- A valid visa is needed at the beginning of the application process in order to enter Greece.

Procedure and Timeframe

We will then perform an initial due diligence both internally and with our Country specific Delivery Office. Our Client Agreement will then be signed, and relevant Professional Fees will then be payable. Our immVest International Processing office together with our Country specific Delivery Office will begin full preparation on the application prior to submission and visitation (if required).
